KIDS CLASSES

Ages 6-11 + School term only + Bookings essential

THURSDAYS 3:30PM - 5:00PM

Our kids classes focus on developing physical competance and confidence through play based learning. Designed for children between the ages of 6-11 (give or take depending on the child), the program is all about giving kids the opportunity to move their bodies in ways that are natural to them. Climbing, crawling, balancing, throwing, catching, wrestling, carrying, lifting, rolling, rough housing and tumbling are all skills that your littlies will be learning and developing in a fun, interactive environment. It also provides an excellent opportunity for kids to develop attributes like teamwork, mindfulness, spacial awareness and coordination.
 

YOUTH CLASSES

Ages 12-16 + School term only + Bookings essential

TUESDAYS 4PM - 5PM

In our youth classes, we aim to help young people unlock their physical potential. We explore and develop a range of natural and instinctive skills like climbing, strength, balance, mobility, calisthenics, gymnastics, parkour and self defence basics. The classes encourage young people to think about movement and exercise in a creative and mindful way, helping to establish good habits and attitudes as they move into adulthood.
